Zavidia, in its ambitious path towards integral development, plans to carry out a series of infrastructures and large projects that shape its projection as a modern and prosperous country. The capital, Zavidia, will be chosen as the epicenter of these initiatives, with a wide range of advantages and services located there.

In Zavidia, the Residential, Commercial and Industrial Zones have been carefully planned to provide a balanced environment, with a large number of parks and emblematic buildings such as the Royal Palace, the Headquarters of Ministries or the Presidential Palace that define the administrative and governmental identity of the nation.

The cultural and educational offer of Zavidia (city) includes Cinemas, Hospitals, Police Stations and a Large Civil Guard Barracks, as well as Squares, Banks, Residences, Daycare Centers, Libraries and Museums.
