The Armed Forces of Zavidia are the entity belonging to the Ministry of Defense that includes the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. In accordance with the Zavidian Constitution, their mission is to guarantee the sovereignty and independence of Zavidia, defend its territorial integrity, the constitutional order, and in extreme cases, maintain security.

The supreme command of the Armed Forces lies with the king of Zavidia, who serves as the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, while the President of the Government (Deputy Head of State) assists in directing defense policy and determining military objectives, as well as managing situations affecting national defense and the strategic direction of military operations, functions of the king.

Operational command rests with the Chief of the Defense Staff, a general of the army, admiral general, or air general, depending on the branch of the Armed Forces to which they belong, who directs the Defense Staff. The rest of the military leadership consists of the Chief of the Army Staff (JEME), the Chief of the Navy Staff (AJEMA), and the Chief of the Air Force Staff (JEMA). The appointment of the Chiefs of Staff is the responsibility of the king, or alternatively, the president, upon the proposal of the Minister of Defense.

The Land Army is the land branch of the Zavidian Armed Forces. Together with the Navy and the Air Force, it is assigned, through article eight of the Zavidian Constitution, the mission of guaranteeing the sovereignty and independence of Zavidia, defending its territorial integrity and the constitutional order.

The Air Force is one of the three branches of the Zavidian Armed Forces, as outlined in Article Eight of the Zavidian Constitution, and is tasked with ensuring the sovereignty and independence of Zavidia, upholding the constitutional order, defending its territorial integrity with particular attention to its airspace, and maintaining international security through peacekeeping and humanitarian aid operations.
